Depending on the country, shipping and delivery times vary between 15 – 30 business days.

Customs, Duties and Taxes
EU customers: Customs Fees are Pre-payed so you do not have to worry about Customs duties on arrival and the package will be delivered as normal.
* Please note this does not include: Slovakia, Slovenia, Luxembourg, Hungary, Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Estonia, Romania who may have to pay customs fees.
Tracking information
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available. For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase may be sent in separate packages even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
